My agency provided a different "heavy duty" tablet mount, which was annoyingly rattly and wobbly. Found this one and decided to give it a try (out of my wallet, not taxpayer money). So far I've been really impressed with it. It was easy to install, and the almost unlimited ways to customize the positioning was perfect. I was able to position my tablet where it's not in the way and still easily viewable and reachable. Best part is it takes up limited space which frees up room for when I have civilian ride-alongs. The department issue mounts had a long "elbow" which protruded well into the passenger area. After seeing my setup, several other deputies as well as my Sheriff are switching to these docks.

Very sturdy: doesn't shake the screen too much, even on bumpy roads! Not too hard to install: husband mounted it onto our ceiling of the van, and it didn't take him too long. Has great angles for swiveling in whatever direction you need.

Easy to mount, adjustable and strong. However the picture makes it look larger. Otherwise a quality product.

I purchased this mount after first purchasing the shorter mount of this same brand. This one works a lot better as I'm able to get this mount up higher and to be able to use in both directions. I mounted this to my center console in my Ford Transit work van and it's exactly what I needed. It brings my tablet right to my fingertips and I'm able to work while on the go. In my opinion this is a necessity to any tradesman in a work vehicle with a tablet.

I hadn’t read about the thickness adjustments but that’s honestly a plus! I was concerned about the flange possibly being too small to cover the about 0.85” thickness but there is room to spare! I wanted a mount I could use on a tripod. Currently need to find an adapter for that purpose but the mount is sturdy and stable for the Valve SteamDeck!

The tablet Mount is very sturdy and strongly built. When everything is tightened well enough it is very hard for it to move, which is nice cause I use it to hold my tablet which I use for a button box for my driving/simulation games.

This is a nice mount and would have gotten five stars except they cut a financial corner and made the bolts for the ball clamps too short. In order to put the ball into or take it out of the clamp the clamp comes apart. If the bolts were a couple mm longer, the bolt could stay in place and it would be almost infinitely easier to use the fool thing. Save a penny; annoy the customer. I'll go to the hardware store and get longer bolts. I shouldn't have to--but the manufacturer wanted to save a penny. What a waste.

Hello , we have problem with this product second time. I ordered 4 pieces. They were delivered quickly. I returned them and ordered again.

Seems Iike a side mount, tablet fits nicely. Will test it out on the boat soon.

Opposite of heavy duty. Bought for my store and now need to replace. Save yourself some money and buy a different option.

Bought this to hold my elog in my semi. It's a little flimsy and shakes alot. For the most part it does it's job but definitely not up to the same level as the ram mounts
