Light and crunchy, low calorie, nice flavour.....
I really enjoy these Sweet Chilli Snack a Jack's as an alternative to crisps. The flavour, although quite strong, is just the right balance for me. There's a hint of sweetness there and a little bit of heat without being overly hot or spicy.They're very light with a bit of crunch to them and being popped instead of fried, feel healthier than a traditional crisp.If You're watching your weight as I often am, these are great at just 77 calories per bag. However they're not necessarily low in fat. I was told by the dietitian that for a food to be considered low fat it must contain 3g or less of fat per 100g. These contain a total of 7.8g of fat per 100g, although they are low in saturated fat which is good.Overall as part of a balanced diet these are a tasty snack and healthier than many alternatives despite the fat content so I'll continue to enjoy a bag of these from time to time without feeling like I'm over indulging.
