I'm totally blind. I got this for use with my Blink outdoor 4 camera and Blink outdoor 4 battery pack. This is what I found. I normally do not ever give 5 star reviews being normally things do what they say and a lot of the time don't meet that all they way and ahve slight issues.Being I'm totally blind! I wanted to let people know the following being the discription doesn't say this. The camera holder does screw onto the mount with a 1/4 inch camera mount screw and this is what I wanted. A lot of others just use the cheep Blink buckle snap that I fell will not hold up in bad weather if you get SNOW, High wind, and or ICE. That is probably great for indoors or in nice weather.But anyway! You first need to put the Camera mount up with three screws. Then you put up the camera holder on the mount by screwing it on the mount. After that is done, you put the camera into the holder and put the face plate in place by putting the top of in in place first and then snapping in the bottom of it.Now for the testing I did.I first tried this without any battery pack. You must put the foam insert in the holder first. Make sure you have it going from top to bottom. There are 2 razed guide rails to help with this. The foam insert has a hollow cutout in the middle and that should pointing out towards the face of the holder. Then you can put the camera in and snap on the face plate. This works well.I next tried the same way but plugged in a Flat USB C cable that has a right angle bend in it already. I ran the cable up through the bottom of the holder being there is a hole for that and plugged it into the camera. I next put the camera into the holder and was able to snap in the face plate with no issues.Next test! I took out the foam insert and tried the BLINK battery pack I got with my Blink outdoor 4 cameras system being I got the battery pack with it. I put the battery pack on the camera, screw it down snugly, put the cameras back on the battery pack and screw it down snugly. Then I put the battery pack into the holder and was able to put the face plate on with no issues.Last test. I have a 3rd party battery pack for the Blink outdoor 4 camera. Tried doing the same test. This time, like another reviewer said, the face plate wouldn't go in place for the holder. But again, this battery pack wasn't a true Blink battery pack but a 3rd party one.So make sure you have true Blink battery packs or this may not work for you! As long as you have Blink provided hardware; You shouldn't have any issue.

I wanted a camera mount that was easy to get into to change the battery. This is large enough to fit both the camera and the expansion pack. The frame in front of the camera just pops off. Perfect!It’s easy to install. Camera fits securely.

Wasn't sure if it was worth ordering the Blink 4 Outdoor & Four Battery Extension case. The negative comments claimed the camera+extension didn't fit. That it was poorly made. But when I saw that the negative comments were highly critical of the manufacture, I figured it must be written by a competitor.So, I took a chance and order the cases. Nothing that the negative reviewers said was true. The cases work well with the camera+extension.At this price ($16) they definitely are worth it.

The quality of the product is not great, but it works as expected. It provides additional support for the Blink camera to adjust the angle as needed, so your view can be perfectly aligned for recording.

Like the housing , it fit perfect and the front stays in well as long as you put it on correctly , , I didn't even have to use the mount ,it's the exact one off my housings for my first blink cameras , and used a old cord , I've had the same mounts on my house for 4 years , left the old one and used the new part that had the swivel . So I have 3 bases left , and last along time

Purchased to record or monitor outside events around the home and this system has worked well for me. I also purchased the extender battery packs and upgraded the brackets. I included the $10 monthly charge so I can maintain the same services. It has been well worth the money spent.

I had to get a larger battery pack, then housing to fit. 1 of 3 cameras purchased didn’t work after a month and needed to be exchanged. Looks good and is a clear photo.

Only mounts I could find to hold the extra batter pack. Works and moves as described will buy again if need more cameras.
