Well built, Easy to setup, Value for money
Very good dual monitors desk mount, the only issue for me is that there must be space between the desk and the wall to allow the monitor to be pushed back, which takes room space even if it's just ~20cm, If it's your first time having a desk mount you have to try it, you will never go back, make sure your monitors are vesa compatible.

It's OK
It does the job and is easy to install. If you are planning to have 32" Monitors I recommend to look for some other product where 32" isn't the max it supports. Or get two separate arms so you have more flexibility in placement (with two 32" monitors you need to fumble a lot to position them when you move them). The hinge at the end that holds the monitor could be better designed. Its probably OK if you have a monitor smaller than 32" inch, but if you have some more load on the monitor like a heavy monitor light, a frame on the monitor to hold a mini PC etc. then maybe look for something that supports more than 32".Overall OK

Pretty good
Usb works fine on it and the mount is good one thing I don’t like is that when moving it tilts downwards towards gravity and I’d have to fix it manually

Cant adjust the height
I checked everywhere online on how to change the height apparently you need to loosen a screw however i cant even see it. No way to change the height the instruction is unhelpful basically spent money for nothing

Spectacular & other superlatives apply to very few products; this is one of them
A product has to be spectacularly bad or good for me to feel compelled to write a review. This is definitely the latter.I ordered this with a little trepidation, as in my experience Amazon is increasingly awash with inferior products sold by a multitude of Chinese vendors making extravagant – and sometimes comical – claims in their listings. Often these vendors sell the exact same products with different brand names slapped on them, and many seem to get their families and friends to seed the reviews with a goodly number of five stars. On top of that, the brand name North Bayou seemed suspiciously like an attempt by a company to pass off as American. It turned out that this dual monitor stand/arm is fantastic. Considerable effort seems to have been put into the design and engineering of the pruduct; every part, down to the smallest screw, is well made and fits perfectly where it's supposed to. The base, clamp, arms, heads are all solid, move where they should and don't where they shouldn't. There isn't a single imperfection in the black coating. The clever design of the heads (my term for the parts to which the monitors are attached) allowed me to set the whole thing up by myself (ie, I didn't need someone else to hold each monitor as I screwed them into the contraption). Once a monitor is mounted on an arm, a tensioning screw/bolt on the 'elbow' can be adjusted so the arm is balanced and moves neither up nor down. Bolts on the other joints allow them so be similarly adjusted so they will move more or less. Once everything was in place and adjusted, I was able to position each monitor exactly how I wanted without much effort. I really like the fact that the arms extend quite a bit and can hold monitors as high as the tallest person would need them to be for comfortable viewing.I read at least one review saying the monitors wobble with the slightest movement of the desk. This has not been an issue for me with 24-inch monitors and a desk with metal legs and a 2-cm thick top. If I pound the desk or the keyboard, then yes, they wobble a bit, but I believe that to prevent any wobble under such conditions the stand would need to weigh at least twice as much as they do, and already they're not very light.Someone else wrote that this stand is only good if one's desk is not close to a wall, as unless the desk is very deep, the 'elbows' end up sticking out beyond the back of the desk. Well, my desk is right up against a wall, but instead of mounting the base of the stand right across from where I sit, I mounted it near a corner and one of the arms thus extends to hold a monitor in front of me, while the other extends to hold the second monitor to my right. This is how I like my monitors, but if you like to have one to either side of you, then yes, you'd probably need to mount the base aligned with the centre of the desk and the elbows would thus stick out the back. I suspect this would be the case with any stand that has arms that move in so many different ways; only ones with a vertical 'post' coming off the base might be free from this problem, but the arms would likely not allow as much freedom of movement/adjustment.

Great product, sturdy, and well made dual monitor mount
Lots of monitor stands our there to choose from, I selected NB because it was competitively priced, I liked that the mount was very clean and simple looking, and that it came in white. I mounted a 32" and 28" and the arms handled them with zero issues. They're very easy to adjust where you want the monitor to be.Also, it's very easy to put together. I see some posts saying it's difficult, but seriously, I'd question those folks ability to butter toast then. You literally (1) mount the base, (2) insert bottom arms and tighten the retainer bolt with the provided allen key, (3) insert second piece of the arms and again tighten the retainer bolt, (4) install monitor mounts, literally a single bolt, and (5) finally add screws to your monitors and install them on the arms. That's literally it. Depending on the size of the monitors you are using, you may need to tighten the arms where they flex ... but that's standard across all mounts and makes complete sense since not all monitors weigh the same.Anyway, I would buy these again. My only gripe with ALL gas arm setups like this, is that depending on how you position the arms, you need some clearance at the back of your desk. If that's an issue for you, check out one of the set ups that use a single pole that the monitor arms branch off of, just know you'll have less flexibility in terms of individual height, overall height, and how close you can pull the monitors to you.

Useful
It handled a heavy old 32in monitor with out any problem.

Sturdy.
Overall seem pretty sturdy and attach to the desk well. Only compliant is that the base plate takes up some room on the desk.
