I bought the Karaca Keops Borosilicate Glass Teapot Set with Stainless Steel Infuser on 28 Aug 2025. Overall, it looks really nice and makes good tea. The glass has a clean, premium feel and it’s genuinely pleasant to use day to day. On a gas hob it heats up quickly and does the job without any fuss. When it arrived, we were a bit surprised by the size. It turned out smaller than we expected. The capacities are clearly listed, so it’s not misleading, but it does feel different in person compared to the photos online. In use, everything works fine, but the base is the one thing that stands out. It feels quite thin, and when the water is boiling it can look a bit uneven, with larger bubbles forming rather than a smooth, consistent boil. It still performs properly, but it doesn’t feel as solid or refined as kettles with a thicker base. I do think a thicker base would improve it quite a bit, both in how it feels and how the boiling looks. Overall, it’s a good-looking set that does the job well, just slightly let down by the base design. I’d give it 4 stars.

This is my second time to buy this product. One for my self and then gift to my friend . I have mine near 3 years no issues. Recommended really

My fist dip into Turkish Tea, so bought this teapot During Prime days about a week ago. Not dissapointed at all. Looks good. easy to clean. Big enough for me to make several cups that lasts me well. I have used it every day since it arrived and Turkish tea has edged out my English breakfast, for the first time today, as the first cup of the day ! If I looked for another (maybe larger one) In future I might look for one with a lid on the kettle as a few drops of water from the steam can drip off the bottom of the teapot. Not something I thought about before purchase and something I think you only learn from experience. This is not a deal breaker for me and not a fault with this item as most seem to not have a lid, so just part of the expierience and getting used to the process. I like it and would reccomend.

The teapot is in terrible condition. The entire bottom section of the upper pot is severely rusted, making it completely unusable. I have never seen a Turkish teapot rust this badly, especially when it has barely been used. I own another, much cheaper teapot that I have used for over 10 years and it is still perfectly fine. This item is clearly faulty and not fit for purpose. I would like a full refund or a replacement.

Anyone know how to use it? . There's about 2 pages of warnings and cleaning advice, another 2 pages on the warranty but nothing on how to use it to make tea!
