Been using for 30days. Seen a good change in my bruising (i bruise easily), energy levels, my poop sinks to the bottom (poop isnt supposed to float if your body is absorbing nutrients), good changes in my skin and hair( less acne and dark marks, less oiliness, and hair has a better curl pattern and overall manageability and shine.) I take a separate mineral complex with this daily pack. The pills are not hard to swallow but by all means please do not take these in an empty stomach you will become incredibly I'll.

I'm in love with these vitamins. Since they came into my life I have more energy and I hardly get tired. I also sleep less then what I used to. I used to sleep 9 to 10 hrs. Now I can sleep 4, 5, 6 , 7 hrs and I can go throughout my day without feeling sleepy. I also get a better night sleep. I actually feel rested. 3rd time buying them and I will continue to buy them.

I could totally make this mix at home, but i'd have to buy 4 separate bottles, and put them in baggies everyday. I much prefer this. It's very convenient and hardly takes up space. Also about 4 days after taking these I started to just feel better, maybe my body needed it. Will reorder.

I disliked that the expiration date is to close. So if you purchase it you need to start drinking it the day they arrive. 1 month expiration is all they have.
