I’m not certain. I don’t think so. I ordered one and it broke after 2 weeks. The second broke as well so I don’t use this anymore. I would look for some thing different… maybe ask the dealership

Does this fit in a 2009 infiniti g37?

I don’t know. It fits on my Audi. I tried 2 of these but the quality was so bad that it broke twice. I bought a different one that plugs in but makes the whole system wireless.
