Surprised by the good quality
For the price, and the fact that these are customized, I was really surprised that they are also thick and soft towels! I'll be getting more of these!

Was not what I expected.
I bought them as a Valentine's Day gift for my wife and the towels were not as advertised. Towels were low quality and there was gaps and frays in between the stitching for the names.

Bought as a gift
Great towels, they are now her favorite set! I only used it for one big letter 'A' instead of a name, since it's for my adult-y big sister. They are very nice and the embroidery is really good!
