After researching the ingredients, I realized most of the “whitening” effect appears to come from polishing/abrasive agents like hydrated silica and aluminum hydroxide, which can help remove surface stains but are not the same as rebuilding enamel or preventing cavities.The formula is fluoride-free, but it also does not appear to contain the ingredients I would actually want for enamel support, such as hydroxyapatite, calcium phosphate, or other true remineralizing minerals.
