Mechanics Stool

So far this is a fantastic stool. I am 178 lbs and this works great in my garage. I can wheel around while detailing my car with ease. The swivel wheels rotate really well. The trays are a good size but my bottles of compound are in between the pre sized spaces in the trays. Not a big deal, I kist lay them on their sides and all is fine. The storage bin beneath the seat is perfect for small rags and buffing pads. I really like this and cant beat it for the price.

This rolling 'tool stool' is great! Easy to assemble, didn't even bother reading the instructions (even though they're pretty good). This is a sturdy little unit that will prevent me from having to crawl around/kneel on the concrete floor when I'm doing work on my vehicles. A great addition to my garage/shop.

I got this mechanic creeper stool mainly for washing my cars and inflating tires. I have a bad back that will flare up if I push it too far, so I needed something to get me low without the strain. I received the Vevor stool and assembled it in a few minutes —it was very simple. I tried it in my garage, which has a finished floor, and it rolled easily around the cars while I checked tire pressure and topped off the tires that needed air. It stows nicely away in a corner of my garage, out of the way. Overall, it is a good creeper stool and is priced well. I know some stools are many times more expensive, but if you aren't a professional using these day in and day out, something like this is more than enough to get the job done. I do like the optionality of the trays for holding stuff, although I haven't put anything in them yet. I should have put the tire pressure caps in the tray, but I didn't think of that until I wrote this review!

Vevor seems too constantly give good value for your money. This item rolls easily and is well made with a comforrtable seat. I use it often in still works and looks new.

The Vevor mechanic tool set has been a solid addition to the garage. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, and so far, I’ve got no complaints. The mobility is probably the best part; it rolls over the shop floor and cracks in the concrete really easily without getting hung up. It feels heavy-duty and the design is comfortable to work with, which is a big plus when you're moving around a project. I haven’t put it through heavy, daily use just yet, so I can’t speak to long-term wear, but it seems well-built. I’m planning on putting it to work much more this winter, so I’ll be sure to come back and update this once it’s seen some real miles. For now, it’s been a great purchase.

5 Stars for sure!!!! Come on ya’ll, deep down you know this is junk, cheaply made, cheap hardware, wrenches included that don’t even fit lol. You are throwing away your money and you know it intuitively but go ahead. The casters will fail, the hollow support arms that hold the casters will collapse, the hollow cross braces that attach the hollow caster support arms will collapse, the formed plastic will get brittle and crack. You know this will fail in a short period of time, you know it for sure but here you are, spend your 55 bucks and spend it again next year. “300 lbs weight limit” “heavy duty” sure sure sure. You want a better alternative? Just do it, it's not difficult, ¾” thick plywood as the base/caster mount, cut to your desired shape, round, square, rectangle, whatever fits your needs. A set of (plate) casters (not stem) some grade 8 bolts, washers, and lock nuts to attach them to the plywood which also gets a piece of 2x4 or flat stock steel so you aren’t just depending on the plywood for structural support and mounting integrity of your casters. A boat seat swivel pedestal, might as get an adjustable one unless you know for sure what height you want to end up at. A cushioned boat seat or tractor seat of your choosing. Paint the wood to your preference and you’ve got seat that will last a lifetime for $50-$100 Go ahead, paint it to match your John Deere, or your tool box, or your car, or paint it pink for all I care. Thank me later.

Pretty dang impressed. Glides SUPER SUPER smooth. Only SMALL thing I would change is I didnt like the Philips head bolts that go into nylon nuts. Should be true allen key bolts or hex bolts. The philips head starts to strip a little when tightening.

Great product but I would recommend replacing the nuts holding the wheels in place. The threads on the nuts provided are rubbish.

Utilisation pour mon garage.

Good quality and sturdy. Wheels feel strong and glide smoothly. I’ve used it to scoot around the house while cleaning the skirting boards - saved my back!

Package received seemed to have been opened before by others. An empty plastic bag with ripped hole in it. Thinking that it may have contained the rollers. Assembly straight forward however the pre drilled holes for wheels have some solid rubber like material where the bolt passes through. Took a bit of wiggling before that was possible. ( the rubber like material did not line up 100 % with the pre drilled hole making insertion a bit of a challenge. Once my resident mechanic figured that out ..the rest was easy. He loves using using it in the garage and on the driveway. No more wearing knee pads and hurting your “mature” back.
