First Year Baby Care Paperback – September 6, 2019

We certainly love and appreciate the detail that this book offers. Not only was it an easy read but it was truly insightful!

Well I actually learned some new things I wasn't aware of and I also got some great ideas for child care. Overall, I would recommend this book to first time moms that want to learn things but don't want to get overwhelmed right from the beginning. And I would also recommend this book to moms that are having another child and want to refresh their memory.

As a new mom this book gave me all the information I needed to guide me through the first weeks with my baby and let me know what to expect when he came into the world.

This chapter has some really good stuff, but it's certainly not revolutionary (& didn't entice me to read more). We had taken classes before reading this so much of the info was repeat, but I still found new information (specifically regarding bathing). I'm definitely glad they offer this chapter for free and I would recommend getting it!

In addition to parents-to-be, this book would be helpful for babysitters. It explains how to pick up and carry a baby, which may seem simple, but is something some new babysitters don't know.

Honestly I'm glad this was free, if I had paid money I would have been very disappointed. The information within I feel was very plain and honestly a lot of it was common sense stuff, even being a first time mother I still knew a lot of what I was reading. Not to mention this chapter/book didn't seem kindle edition friendly because there was a lot of times it would say for more information on a particular topic in the passage and then that was it, no link or reference as to where you could actually get the more information it was referring to. I Def don't recommend this for anyone unless you've never ever been around a child and literally have no common sense what's so ever.

I loved this read, very useful information for you and your baby. I would recommend this book for first time mom to just read and know.

There are good ideas in here. Some seem obvious when you read them but are so obvious that you might forget them on your own! I also like that there are book recommendations in here to help with the different development areas.
