So I've bought like (not overestimating) TWENTY THREE of those Clover coin leather thimbles because they kept wearing out but I couldn't find a better alternative (and regular thimbles are just sucky in general) then I stumbled across these! Miracle! And it comes with 2 for when you inevitably lose one! 😂 Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because my embroidery floss (I cross stitch) is CONSTANTLY snagging on the ends that stick out (even after trimming) from the knot I tied to set it at the proper size for my finger. I would be happier if they just came as an unbroken "O" without the adjustment with multiple sizes available. I've not found these to stretch out significantly over time (unlike the clover ones - those started too small (feeling) then stretched out to the point that the leather was super thin and just fell off my finger).I would also be happier if they came in a slightly smaller size as this just *barely* fits my middle finger when it's tightened all the way. And I don't have particularly small fingers; if anything, the opposite.

They ate great but I did replace the string with some elastic band to stay on my fingers better and for easy on and off.

I have probably a size 9 middle ring finger and this was very big on it. I will have to over lap the leather to make it fit better. If you're a big burly man it will fit you fingers. For sure.Leather is good quality and the metal will do the trick! It is a good buy

I hate normal thimbles and this one gives my fingertip traction while protecting my knuckle from the exact point the needle hits my finger to push through the fabric. I saw something like this on a YouTuber’s video and knew I needed it for my own hand sewing. Can’t rave enough about this, just get it, you won’t regret it!! Plus having two on hand is so handy!

This is a miracle for me I have the tendency to use the middle of my middle finger to push the needle through and I was always pushing the needle backwards into my finger and wow does that hurt now I have that finger protection from the needle I would recommend this product and the shipping was fast it’s excellent quality for the price

It works wonderful. My hand is very little, but I cut it, made new holes an adapted it. Perfect for me! I totally recommend it.

The leather strap broke before I fully got it on my finger. The edge were rough and 1” thick is just too much to allow your finger to bend to work. If I was in a store and seen these, I would’ve turned my nose up to it but as happens when buying off the internet you sometimes get burned.

I love this leather thimble. I’m a grown man with large fingers. The usual stores don’t have my size. I don’t mind doing a little sawing now and then. I’ll fix a button here and there or fix a rip in the woods. You know quick stuff. I even used it to repair my daughters zipper that broke. This leather thimble is perfect for what I need to do. All you men that do your own sawing should seriously look at this product
