Several reasons why I'm returning.1) the volume control does not work. The thing is so loud you can hear it outside of the house.2) they got a non native speaker to say letters, numbers and words. As a result, some letters, numbers, and words are difficult to understand. On a side note, when your child gets something incorrect, instead of saying something like, "oops, let's try again" they say "you're wrong". I mean it's true, but in the US we tend to be a little more diplomatic when kids get stuff wrong. Lol3) it uses British English conventions instead of US. For instance it says "Zed" for "Z" and "clever".

It's an ok Product I suppose. But if you have English speaking kids learning to say the letters and their sounds for the first time, DO NOT buy this one! The accent of the person saying the letters is so thick that none of the letters sound right. For example, "Z is for Zebra" sounds like "Zed is for Zedbaaa". It's not good for kids who are just learning. Really needed a native English speaker to record the sounds.

Got this for my daughters birthday and since her birthday it has decided to only half way work. One row will work then the next down won't. Then the next will then the next won't. I've tried pushing every inch of this thing and can't get half of the rows to work.

I hate how freaking loud it is as soon as you turn it on! It startles my son every time. 🤦‍♀️And you can't even turn it down much.The reverse side of the alphabet isn't interactive at all. (Vehicles)Also, pronunciation of some things are so strange.I honestly regret buying this, but my son loves the crinkle noises from it and it's good enough to leave the batteries out of & just let him play with it as a mat.

To start, when I took this out of it's package it smelled DISGUSTING! It almost smelled like cat urine. The volume control doesn't work at all. One side of the mat doesn't have sounds at all and the side that does is so loud it's obnoxious. The person speaking isn't a native speaker so some of the pronunciations are way off. This was a HUGE waste of money and if I could rate it a zero, I would. Don't waste your money!!!!!
