Great value and product but Silicon Caps tore
Other than one of the silicon caps tearing this is a great product for a great value, the cleaners work amazing, the tray is aluminum when I thought it would be silicon based on the pictures (win for me, idk about others), the plugs are good, and I love the bags, I prefer using the plug bag instead of the shake bag for bowls but the shake bag is definitely useful if you need to clean a downstem.as far as the caps; I'd recommend getting a big plug if you have a straight tube/beaker pipe, but the idea makes more sense and is more practical than big plugs, maybe if there was more silicon it would work better.

Bottle leaked
One of the bottles leaked, so everything was covered. Plus side, it has a clean scent.

The media could not be loaded. The cleaning solutions go quick but the caps and such fit perfect on my rigs and b0ngs

Smells like orange glow anx if you dont know what that is its orange heaven. Cleans so well and makes your piece hit so good

i love this stuff! its truely everthing they say it is and more! i took off years of caked on grime with this stuff in a matter of minutes!

This is a great product. It also comes with some wonderful extras that will keep you busy trying new ways to clean grubby items.

Works great
Worked amazingly, made my glass clean as new, buuutt, I was a little disappointed to not be able to find my shaker bag that I anticipated.
