Perfect At-Home Setup
I’ve been using this setup nightly since the day I got it (December 20th) and I’m already feeling a difference! Being short, the door anchor has become my best friend; my squats are deeper than ever and it’s so much easier to work my back muscles! If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend buying this - especially for beginners!Side note: There aren’t any instructions or information pamphlets included, but it’s not hard to figure out if you don’t mind quick YouTube tutorials.

Outstanding value for the price!
This came with so many accessories which made it a great value. The quality of every single item included is outstanding. There is even a door protector for the over-the-door hook that prevents any nicks, dings, or scratches. Quickly became some of my favorite workout gear!

You get so much in this package! I can’t believe all this fit in the box. The quality was great and shipping was quick too. I’ve gotten Vikingstrength stuff before and their products are quality, not the cheap thing equipment.
