Great purchase, well designed, virtually eliminates blind spots
After a dozen years, I finally bought a new car. I had a fixed blind spot mirror on my old minivan, and it worked very well. For my new car, I did some research and bought these adjustable Utopicar mirrors. They are even better than the ones I had on my previous car. Compared to my old blind spot mirrors, they are much wider, have more of a "curve" for a wider field of view, and seem to provide some magnification. The icing on the cake is that they are ADJUSTABLE! The ball and socket swivel is GENIUS! A very logical and needed improvement to fixed blind spot mirrors. I wonder why someone didn't do this many years ago. 3M is known to make excellent adhesives, so it should stick to the mirror for years, like my old mirrors. I can't yet speak to how "stable" they will be as far as the ball and socket yet, but it is pretty tight. If it does move, it should take 15 seconds to set back to where it needs to be. Because my new car also has a blind spot warning light on the outside top corner of the mirrors where the recommended placement is, I mounted them on the inside top. They work fine there. While the warning light is "nice", i really like being able to see exactly where the cars are. Think of this mirror as a "gauge", compared to only having what we used to call an "idiot light". Between this mirror and the blind spot warning light that the car came with, you pretty much have your blind spot "covered" and GONE.

Works well, backing layer on adhesive tape is hard to remove, installation videos are pointless
I bought these after someone on a forum I use recommended them. The left side works perfectly and fully shows any vehicle in my car's blind spot. The right side is too small and distorted to get a good picture of traffic in it; it would probably work better as an angled flat piece at a different angle from the regular mirror; with that said, it does show a broader view and perhaps I'll get used to it well enough to find it useful some day. The 3M adhesive tape has a backing strip that is simply impossible to peel off from the edge. Online suggestions were to use a razor blade to VERY CAREFULLY slit just the backing strip and peel from the center. This trick works. I had to use the razor blade's tip to pick at the backing until I could get a fingernail under the newly cut edge. I found it moderately annoying that the company put a sticker on the back of one of the mirrors, inside the packaging where it was hidden by the cardstock, warning me to go online to watch a video warning about three installation errors not to make before I tried to install them. After going in, downloading the video, and watching it, it turned out that two of the three were already printed on the cardstock, and the third error was "don't drop them because they might break". Thanks for the wasted time, not to mention the increased risk of dropping them as I trudged back and forth to my car while opening doors and all that.

Very Helpful for blindspots
Works perfectly for compact to mid-size cars. Mirror help cars without blindspot sensors.

Looks good
Easy to install, looks good, only reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is I’ve had it on the car for 4 days now and than this morning I saw that the right side has cracked. So now I have to buy another set. The second picture shows the crack.

Perfect size at 2.5"
I found 3" too big and 2" too small. This is the Goldie Locks mirror, just right. It doesn't take up too much room on the side mirror and still gives good visibility in the 2.5" mirror.

A little too large for my liking for 2015 Acura ILX.... *1+ YEAR UPDATE*...FULL 5 STARS!
These were a little to big for what I wanted. Part of that is my fault...pics really don't do justice to size of the frame as well as the up/down adjustment pivot. It's thicker than what I wanted. Although they are exactly what I was looking for, my issue is that the pivot will lose its stiffness over time from carwashes or strong wind from excess speed will cause looseness, which in turn will cause me to reposition them, which will cause looseness over time. We'll see how these will last if these things happen. I do wish these came thinner as it does protrude off the mirror quite a bit. However, how I position my mirrors may not cause an issue. Just afraid that that may not last due to the issues I mentioned above. *1+ YEAR UPDATE* After 1 year, I've forgotten they were there, but continue to use them, consciously and unconsciously. I finally get why they are build with the pivot and adjustability. In my case, if they were perfectly flat, the mirror cover would block out the mirror altogether. The added space between the frame and the mirror itself makes sure that the cover won't block anything, regardless of how you position the mirror. I have these positioned at the bottom of the mirror, and use the main mirror towards the back. These mirrors cover the blind spots easily. I do wash my car often, and the worry about the pivot point has disappeared that I don't worry about moving it out of place. The view of these mirrors give make fixing the issues a non issue. If I have to, I'll do it on the fly, and doesn't change my view of this product. My Brother in law was impressed by these, I think he looked them up and bought these exact ones for his 2021 Honda Ridgeline. Gained the 1 missing star after realizing I use these without ever having to thinking about it.

Three months in both mirrors snapped off at the adjustable stem - not worth the money.

These things are awesome. Remember that they just swivel up and down, not side to side.
