Excellent addition for East Asian cooking, especially Japanese and Korean.
Very versatile pot, can be used on the stove top (including induction) and in the oven. Can stir fry a bit (not quite as good as a wok) but great for noodle dishes, hot pots, etc. Very attractive, so can be brought to the table. Size is best for 2 people, 2 plus a child, or 3 light eaters. Works for western dishes, too.

Article conforme à la description.Après avoir ôté les deux poignées, j'ai paufiné le culottage de toutes les surfaces de la marmite au four à 220° pendant 90 minutes avec de la pâte réservé à cet effet.Ce n'est pas demain qu'elle commencera à craindre la rouille.Quelques potages et ragoûts réalisés. Un oubli sur le feu. Rien ne colle. Lavage très aisé avec de l'eau tiède et une brosse en bambou.Totalement satsifait ...

Macchie che sembrano ruggine
Purtroppo anche a me ha dato ruggine dopo il primo utilizzo….Se è davvero ruggine va ritirato .
