First experience with Accusize and I am thoroughly impressed. The finish and packaging is very impressive. There packaging is better than Sterritt.

Good quality product from a good quality brand

I have nothing to say about the tools as I am returning the box unopened. I thought it is made in Canada but not, It is from China.Here is the reason: I use these tools to build sport aircrafts and ONLY use either US or German/Swiss made tools. I came to this decision after years of using dozens of tools from different manufacturers. My experience with made in China drill bits/reamers/taper taps is strictly negative. You never know what to expect. Very sad that US made drill bits and reamers are almost impossible to find.

Work great would buy again

I am careful to drill close to finished size before reaming and use plenty of cutting fluid. With these precautions they are working perfectly and show no signs of wear.

These reamers are fairly well made and will probably do an acceptable job. However, there is a double chamfer on each flute.The standard 45° chamfer on a reamer does most of the cutting, however, these reamers have a secondary chamfer behind the primary one. Precision reamed holes may be intermittent, depending on the hardness of the material being reamed.

Nice set, nicely packaged in an aluminum case. Makes holes accurately .

Reaming 3/8 holes in 4140 HT. Very sharp and very accurate.
