Not sure on these! Tried them straight into my shoe and they were annoying. Slipped about and came out when taking off my shoe. I'm a mens Uk 11 and they do not fit my shoes; to short. Eventually I placed them under my existing insole and they're Ok! My feet don't seem to ache as much but they are a rubbery construction and make your feet sweaty!

Really happy with this I was using support socks.Don’t need them these are brilliant very supportive. Excellent value money well Spent.
