The delivery of my dresser took about 3 minutes. It was well packed in a heavy-duty cardboard carton and when I opened it, no scratches, dents, or damage. If you have it delivered and need help with unpacking and attaching the legs, then pay extra for it. My husband and I are in our late 70's so we had to turn it on it's side, attach the legs (easy) and lift it back up to transport it to the bedroom. Stood it on end to get it through the door and it was heavy! However, if you do not want to do that and have them haul off the packing (which is a lot), then pay the extra. It will be worth it. The dresser has deep, felt lined drawers in the top 3, deep drawers in the rest of the dresser so it will hold a lot more than the Thomasville dresser it replaced. I would recommend the purchase if you need a lot of storage. I didn't get the mirror because I don't like mirrored dressers. Just my preference. I ordered it from Amazon because Ashley Home Store wouldn't be able to deliver for 6 weeks!

This dresser is absolutely stunning. It arrived already put together. Drawers are nice and deep. Top drawers are felt lined. Unfortunately, my dresser arrived with a smashed in bottom drawer. Amazon issued me a partial refund. I plan to hire a furniture repairman to repair the damage. I expect many good years of use from this beauty.

This is a very nice dresser for the price. First one arrived damaged, replacement sent quickly and arrived perfect. The matching mirror is way to expensive, hopefully it becomes affordable at some point. Nice solid wood drawers and the color is nice too. Just have to screw the feet on and it's ready to go.

Beware. This is a lovely dresser, but I am on my 3rd delivery. The first one looked like a bite was taken out of the corner of the dresser, even though there was no damage to the box or inside packing. The second had 2 large scratches on the top, both areas had damage to the box. Hopefully the 3rd will be a charm as I had already ordered the 2 nightstands to ensure I liked the color. Both nightstands had small scratches that we repaired and a broken bar inside one of the drawers. This far, Amazon has been helpful with returns.

Whoever assembled our dresser at the factory was lazy and didn't bother screwing the drawer rails into the dresser, and since the rails are glued to the bottom of the drawers there's also no way to actually fix it. I had to add a screw in the back of the rail to even hold it in place and am having to rely on glue for the front because once the drawer is assembled and the rail glued to it there's no way to access the screw heads without breaking the drawers apart. There's clearly no quality control process at the factory or this wouldn't have been missed and not what I exect from a $700+ dresser.

We bought the 3 piece matching set. It gives a beautiful traditional look and the price was very reasonable. Everything was delivered on time with no damage. We are very pleased. Highly recommend!
