Q: I need to know if this pants has zipper or button between the leg?

Zipper fly, just like the originals! The only TRUE test of authenticity now, would be if the came with a small inner pocket (for a small survival kit) inside one of the cargo pockets! That pocket DID have a single button!

Q: Do all colors have the med pouch inner pocket?

Have only bought OD, same thing I wore in Nam.
