Is this the same at canon pf-05 usa 3872b003aa? will it work in a usa printer?

I have an IPF 6400, which uses the Canon pf-05. Not sure if that's the same part number you mention. I ordered this and it works perfectly!

Is this pf-05 left or right printhead ?? the ipf 8400 printer does reject the printhead unless they are specifically right and left. thanks.

Once you place a printhead in either the left or right it has to stay there. When you get them new to that printer, you can put them in either left or right
