Screw well get undone.
the screw came off randomly and fell off. it feels great and the hook is not cheap which is great, just sucks that i almost lost my keys at the mall just walking around because it got unscrewed.

Material looks good. Only thing I don't like is the attached key chain - too bulky and heavy for me. Not too friendly for a person uses small/no purses.
