The book is Ok and it went to the right address

I ordered this to familiarize myself with Krio before taking in a teenager from Sierra Leone. The example phrases were very helpful and I greatly appreciated the pages that explain the grammar and pronunciation of the language.The guide seems more oriented towards English speakers who are visiting Sierra Leone, but we still found many helpful phrases that helped with the language barrier.

A good pocket dictionary and phrasebook of Krio, the English-based Creole of Sierra Leone. Useful for trips to Sierra Leone as well as to those interested in African Creoles : the book highlights expressions and words particular to the language (e.g. loans from African languages).

I was blown away as to how easy it is to use. And not so easy to put down. It is a everyday use and I am enjoying having it close at hand. Very Good.

I have this to a friend on her way to Sierra Leone. She the took a krio class and her instructor was pleased to see that she already had this book.
