english leather after ahave 8 oz. eligible for free shipping??

YES, if you can afford the product

Are "after shave splash" and "after shave" the same product? oris "splash" a watered down version?

The products are somewhat different. The after shave is a lighter aroma than the splash. Plus I believe that the alcohol content of the aftershave is higher than the splash. I use the aftershave after shaving (duh) and the splash for dressing up.
