When I first bought this product (11 in 1 Dock) earphone female side was not working, I made a replacement and received a new one. The new one is working fine. Worthy! valuable product.

I am sharing my below feedback after use this product more than 7month.Connected Laptop Model- Lenevo ThinkPad T590Operating System- LinuxMint 20.2Advantage-1. Product is stable.2. Supported dual screen with perfect resolution.3. Ethernet port is maintain accurate speed.4. USB speed is also good even if we connected multiple device.5. HDMI port is work properly.6. Vendor Support team is proactive to resolve your query and complaints.Disadvantage-1. The VGA port work like mirror screen. I am not sure whether it is limitation in OS or device.2. Device generate heat quickly. But so far I didn't notice any impact.3. Audio jack is not working. Company recommend to use in WindowsOS or high end mobile where it can supported. As this device use Realtek audio chipset, It could be function with proper driver installation.4. The device cord is too short.

USB C hub 11 in 1 dock reviewGot it after a big research , doubt, confusion etc and doesn't want to spend too much money on thunderbolt 3 dock.After receiving the product satisfied a lot. Product is sturdy permium built and stiff.All ports are working without any issuesThe dock got heated up when I connect laptop charger to the type c port in dock, but when I researched it said the outer aluminium frame is for the same purpose to dissipate the heat such that ic is cooled down. if you didnt connect power source to dock type c , its just warm.Good packaging , overall satisfied.

Only 1 of 2 NVME SSDs were recognizedThe Audio port stopped when the screensaver started. Then in 20 days it stopped working entirely.The Ethernet port never worked.The product was registered on the Pibox site but does not show on the profile.Support does not answer emails or even Whatsapp messages.Basically a waste of moneyNot to be purchased

Hi I bought this product on Jan 6 2023.After 20 days of use. I summarize the product quality. It has 11 ports.My Laptop : ASUS TUF F17USB 3.0 (4 ports) : I checked every port on the USB. The data transfer using laptop and USB dock is almost the same. ( images attached below). I did 2 Iterations on all ports. Result almost the same. Results :When I connected the Pendrive to Laptop, the data transfer speed upto 60Mbps. (Average probably 50Mbps). When I connected the Pendrive to USB Dock, the data transfer speed upto 60Mbps. (Average probably 50Mbps)Audio jack port : It's not working. I contacted the seller, and will discuss it later.Micro SD card port : working well. No problem with that.SDXC port : Working well. No problem with that. PD port : Not tested. I don't have a type C charger.HDMI port : Working well.Results : Maximum 1920x1080 Full HD obtained. No lag.VGA port : Working well.Results : MaximumEthernet port : Working well. Results : a. When I connected Ethernet to my laptop directly, the upload and download speeds were 319 Mbps and 282 Mbps Respectively. B. When I connected Ethernet to the USB Dock , the upload and download speeds were 94 Mbps and 94 Mbps Respectively.Huge difference in USB Dock Ethernet Speed. NOT recommended for high speed internet works.Other Problems :Wire length should be 30 cm to 40 cm. Right now Dock station is near to laptop only. So Can’t able to plug the devices easily, when I connected the RJ45 and HDMI port.Temperature :I was in Bengaluru. Right now My place has a temperature of 30.3 Degree Celsius.In free state, I mean no cables were plugged in the dock station. That time the temperature was 35 Degree Celsius.After connecting 5 Devices, The temperature was 37 Degree Celsius.The device gets more heat when I connect the HDMI.They claimed the constant temperature of 45 Degrees constant temperature. But I don't know when I use this in Hotter places. Will It remain the same ?PIBOX Company PROs :Willcwork . The device capability checking is a very good article. I bought this product after checking my capability in willcwork.We can able to talk to them on whatsapp.You can register products on their website.PIBOX Company CONsWhen I try to reach them on whatsapp, response time is very high. If I message today they will reply tomorrow evening only.I Contacted them for NOT working on the Audio jack. They didn't give me a proper reason. Like they didn't tell me to return it, we will replace it and give you a new one or something.In my point of view they waited 7 days to complete the return policy.Still now they don't care about the customer satisfaction, or no survey like is that audio jack is working or NOT.Product PROs:Pricing compared to others is quite reasonable.Size is small.If you are using 5 ports at the same time, it will be good for you.MORE PORTS MORE TEMPERATURE. Still now no lag in my laptop.Product CONs :Wire length should be a little bit long. Maybe more length will reduce the data transfer speed. I don't know.Audio jack is not working. Many of the customers told this report, I saw in reviews. But why does PIBOX not resolve this problem? There is no update on the amazon website.For this price, Material Quality should be higher. They said it's an aluminum alloy body for heat transfer. But it looks like a Plastic.I reduce 2 stars. 1 for Customer support and another 1 for Audio jack is not working.
