No help from Reminnbor the supplier
I bought this unit in Dec 22 & had it fitted by Mercedes in January 23. Lately it has been playing up, turning off & on at will. Resulting in putting car into garage for night, going to it next day & the battery totally flat, not even keys would work! Purely due to this unit staying on throughout, did not go off when ignition turned off? Had to buy a good jump starter on Amazon & got the car going again yesterday. The supplier Reminnbor, totally inflexible & only offered 5% money back! So this unit only lasted 6months! Don't believe what it says in the bumf, it does not protect your car battery but damages it! I am now having to buy another!
