Conditions for planting Windmill palm: 1.Prefers partial sun. it does well in shaded area 2.Soil should have enough drainage and moist. We don’t ship to AZ due to federal restrictions. Sometimes you get a good one
First time I ordered 4 windmill plants were great besides late deliver. This particular windmill looks dry and dead again late delivery.

The plant came in looking so so, but it took quickly to the potting and outdoors. It is growing nicely. I will have to take it indoors for the winter. It will take a bit before it's NY winter reedy, but I will wait gladly
