Versatile
We bought this bench for our shower remodel and it worked out great. We needed to cut the length (from side to side) a bit to allow space for the shower curtain to hang between the lip of the shower and the bench and it was made to do so if needed. (See photo) It did not affect the structural integrity of the piece.

It’s Scluter! Need I say more!
This is an excellent bench and my customers are thrilled with the fact that they can use their rain head if they want to or they can use their magnetic attachable sprayer which reaches them while they are sitting on the bench and they can sit on the bench and reach the niche that I installed. Schluter makes quality products although I do think that these benches need to be made out of the 2 inch Kerdi board and not the half inch Kerdi board because it makes them flimsy. If they were made out of 2 inch curdy board they would be solid as a rock.
