For those of you , like me, who had a bad experience a long time ago and swore off non-HP cartridges , fear not . Once easily installed you will not notice ANY difference in quality, etc. Save yourself a lot of dough and buy these replacement cartridges. I highly recommend them. Get the extended cartridges too.

I installed this product in my HP Officejet Pro x476dw and it started out working fine, print quality was excellent then came the streaks. So I thought no problem the printhead just needs to be cleaned. Cleaned the printhead and the streaks were even WORSE!!!! Even after putting the original hp971 ink in the printer I continued having problems with streaking. I will NEVER use an offbrand ink with a HP printer ever again. I wound up having to purchase a brand new printer because of this

works as well as the name brand I last used, but more affordable.

Received the inkjet cartridge for my x576DW, installed and turned on --- immediate error message. Turns out HP changed their firmware October 2017 to specifically DISALLOW older OEM ink cartridges, which is a different matter (ie, typical HP behavior ) Kingjet immediately sent detailed instructions to flash the firmware, or offered to replace the cartridge whichever I preferred. Flashed the firmware and it worked --- error gone and pages printing. I'd give Kingjet 6 stars if I could, as they are at the mercy of both HP and customer's who do not provide feedback that a simple firmware upgrade is all it takes to make their product work. Kingjet, you'll be getting a full kit order for this printer very soon --- for customer's who have this type of problem (error w "damaged cartridge") high probability it's just HP attempting to disable OEM manufacturers from competing effectively in what should be an open market.

Bought this because printer keypad failed and I have a lot of the color ink left. But the printer otherwise works fine as long as the job is executed from the computer. Besides the continuous error message (non-HP product) it works fine until it doesn't. Remove the cartridge reinsert it and away we go working fine until tomorrow when this happens again. Admittedly this printer is on its way out, but this is not a problem I expected. I would try this product again on the new printer.
