OPTIVE MEGA-3 Lubricant Eye Drops Preservative-Free Artificial Tears, 0.01 fl oz (0.4 mL), 60 Single-Use Containers

Having an autoimmune disease gives me terrible dry eyes, but these preservative-free artificial tears are a lifesaver. My eye doctor originally recommended them to me after giving me a sample, and I liked them so much I bought a large count. They are incredibly soothing and provide instant relief. I love that they come in single-use containers. They are well packaged, making it so easy to always have them on me in my bag or pocket. Just recently, a younger friend’s daughter got sand in her eye, and I used one of these vials to safely flush it out! If I could change anything, I wish they weren’t so expensive. However, for the relief and portability, they are absolutely worth the money but I use sparingly because of the cost and save them for my worst days.

I’ve tried many different artificial tears over the years, but Refresh Optive MEGA-3 stands out as one of the most effective. The lipid-enhanced formula really does make a difference—my eyes feel comfortable much longer compared to regular watery drops. The consistency is smooth without being greasy, and the “low-blur” claim is true; vision clears quickly after applying. I also appreciate that these drops are preservative-free and come in convenient single-use vials. They’re especially helpful on days when my eyes feel extra dry from screen use or when I’m dealing with wind or air-conditioning irritation. The moisture lasts, and the soothing effect feels almost immediate. They are a bit pricier than standard artificial tears, but the effectiveness and comfort make them worth it for me. If you struggle with moderate to severe dry eye or want something that supports the tear film’s natural oils, these are absolutely worth trying.

First time for this product as suggested by doctor. I have used Refresh Plus for years, and this seems just a little more "stingy" until a minute or so goes by. May or may not buy again.

When I first applied these drops to my eyes I felt zero relief and no difference from the usual saline eye drops. Figured the name was hype. Fifteen minutes later my eyes felt the difference. These drops soothed my dry eyes, hydrated the dryness and made them feel wonderful overall. I can't count the number of saline drops I've used over the years that just don't do much for my eyes. Older eyes (like mine) need heavier duty drops. The regulat saline drops are not enough. I often feel like I have grit in my right eye and these drops definitely helped. One week later and my eyes still feel good. These drops are natural with ZERO preservatives. Be WARY of drops that contain preservatives (BAK). This degrades your eye surface over time AND causes more dryness in your eyes. One tube was enough to hydrate both my eyes. This is not a gel so they are good for daytime use. A++++ quality.

These drops are a must if you suffer from dry eyes! I use a couple drops in each eye 3 or 4 times a day. They really cool your eyes immediately and help loosen the goop that dry eye forms in your eyes. They cost too much though..

These are very well packaged to present small fully sealed droppers that are easy to use. Only a few doses in each, making sure remainder remain fresh for long periods. Works well for my dry eyes.

Very soothing for my eyes. I had lasik so my eyes can get dry. The only eye drop that I have found better is the gel also made by Refresh. I use the gel at night and these drops during the day
