The fabric is soft and has that fresh hammock smell. It feels great on your skin when you climb into it and unlike many net hanging chairs, it doesn't leave you feeling unstable or getting caught in the strings. The solid fabric gives a sense of privacy and maximum comfort and the knots don't shift at all, leaving me feeling very secure and able to commit to a nice peaceful relaxation without having to repeatedly check my knots and corners to be sure they were holding up. The hardware included is of the highest quality, though I myself have not yet used it with my stand. It came with a drink holder which I found adorable at first, but now has become an integral part of my hanging time as it will also hold a phone or any other gadget you want at arm's reach.If you're using an open rope chair or even any other hanging type, you are absolutely missing out. This is the first product I've I have ever been such a fanatic over despite being a very active Prime member. I will never order any other type of chair. I use this product with a 7 foot stand and the initial hang was too low but it is very easy to adjust the swing by wrapping it around the wooden dowel it is hung from. It raises the height and hangs just as comfortably. You can even hang in the chair "backward" if you really want to stretch your legs out and up! Incredible swing and my new favorite thing. Will always be a fan.

When I received my XXL hammock chair, the hanging hardware and cup holder were not in the box. I emailed the company and explained the problem.I had hardware here from an older hammock chair (from another company) I was replacing, so I hung my new hammock chair, and I love it!! It is roomy enough to lie back with head, legs, and feet supported or to sit upright and cross-legged. It is definitely my new place to relax!The next day, I received a response from the company apologizing for the missing parts and any inconvenience and stating that my NEW hammock chair should arrive shortly. My NEW HAMMOCK CHAIR! Not just the missing parts!!The new chair arrived 2 days later, so now I have two beautiful matching hammock chairs for my friends and I to hang out in.This company handled this problem so promptly, courteously, and generously that I would give them 10 stars if I could!I was going to give them 5 stars for the hammock swing alone!

Bought this for my 6'4" husband because he was always stealing my smaller hammock swing. He absolutely loves it and looks to be permanently moving into it.

Edit: 2nd summer in use and it's still great! I put it away in the winter, otherwise it's been outside in sun and rain. I bought another so I didn't have to share. Rope and material is in great shape, no signs of wear down or stretching. Worth every penny-I use it daily!I looked forever to find a hammock. I could not decide if I wanted a chair, traditional, or extra large type hammock. This one does it all. If you want a chair sit on half of the fabric, if you want to lay in it sit on 1/4 of the fabric and then pull the back up. You can adjust it to wherever you want for the height of the back or how much legroom do you need. You can see in the picture that there is still fabric but I could pull out for more leg coverage there is also about 6 in of fabric above my head. I prefer it that way because I can cacoon myself and not see any neighbors. The other factor that I was concerned with was wait. I searched everything looking at weight limits. I am 240 lb at 5 foot 4. After several months of use there is no sign of any breakage. Love this hammock is perfect. Word of advice get a color that you like to stare at. I almost got brown to go with the yard and house Decor. So glad I got the blue color. It's a very pretty and I can't imagine staring at the bla Brown while in it. The only negative is that the ropes came off of the rod it was held by some type of glue. It was an easy fix I got gorilla glue and it's been out in the heat and rain and been fine ever since.

I don't write many reviews but had to write this one to say how happy I am with this purchase...I tried a similar hammock chair from another company and returned it after the first use because it was not big enough nor comfortable enough for both me and my dog or my girlfriend. I'm over 6 feet tall and I already had a hammock from Hammock Sky so I checked Amazon and found they now have this awesome XXL chair so I gave it a swing! This purchase was perfect, and came with the hardware to hang it - it was so easy to set up and we are all very comfortable for hours in it, plus the materials are a lot more durable so I know it will last years and I love the beer/coffee holder! I moved my hammock to the porch and now have the hammock chair under the tree for reading and resting and couldn't be happier. Also the chair is super easy to take down to bring to the cottage on weekends... but I'll likely just buy a second one for this price.Thanks again Hammock Sky, I'll definitely recommend this to all my friends!

This is strong quality material and comes on a swivel hook. Fits adults if not 2 adults. Recommend
