12-Cup Silicone Professional Non-Stick Popover Pans for Muffins, Brownies and Baking

I love this pan. I baked Popovers in it yesterday for the first time. They turned out perfect. It was so easy to clean and the Popovers were a hit!

it makes perfect popovers because of the size of the muffin cups and it's so easy to clean. i put a cookie sheet under it when i used it to protect it because it's silicone

While this product has deep wells for batter I don’t think it works well for popovers. I think it just doesn’t heat well enough to get them to rise. Good for cupcakes etc

Easy to remove and fits in dishwasher

I hated always having to clean out and use so much oil for my muffins and popovers in the metal cupcake tins. I took a chance on these silicone ones and man am I so happy I did. Popovers came out tall and doughy and they popped right out without any spray or butter! They are a little less sturdy than the metal trays of course, but still easy enough to use. The soft bottom also lets you pop it out by pushing the bottoms as well.

Popovers were dense and had difficulty maintaining pop. Go to muffin recipe came out with a bad texture too. Went down a Google deep dive that made me believe it’s likely a problem with silicone. Which was also difficult to pull In and out of oven

Popovers are easy to remove from this pan. I highly recommend it.

Overall, very pleased.Likes: Makes great popovers. Much easier than metal pans to remove popovers.Neutral: The sides aren't as tall, and I think that's why they deflate more often. Haven't figured that out yet.Dislikes: A little wobbly going in and out of the oven. Gets spotty in the dishwasher, so I have to rewash by hand.
