Thai KnorrTom Yum Seasoning Cubes 24g. (Pack of 3)

These cubes are the base for the soup and taste great. They are pricey though, but are worth the money since you save money making the soup yourself. I like these cubes better than the paste soup base I had. The paste was very oily and these cubes are not. The soup made with these cubes will also have color and the flavor is sore lemony lol. I just can tell you it tastes great for me, like the real thing. I just wish they were more affordable.I highly recommend it!

These packs are small, this soup can be found cheaper in more cosmolitan locations. But living in an Asian food desert, this is just perfect. Tasty and shelf stable, ready for the next tom yum fix.

All of the so-called Thai seasonings sold in America just don't do it. Send us the good stuff already not all this bland seasonings. It has some Tom Yum taste but no kick.

These are awesome for fast and easy Tom Kha soup. Take 6-8 cups water -- 1 Tom Yum seasoning cube -- 1 chicken boullion cube -- 1/2 can coconut milk. Heat together until it starts to boil. Delicious just like that, or even better with some fresh ginger, galengal and kaffir lime leaves added. If I'm in a huge hurry, I take ramen noodles and turn them into Tom Kha ramen noodle soup using the above recipe.I've made Tom Kha soup from scratch, and had it in restaurants, and while I won't say my quick and dirty recipe above tastes just as good, it is quite decent for the very small amount of effort involved. I don't like super spicy, so one Tom Yum cube is enough for me, but you can add two (or more) if you like it spicier. These cubes are great, and the price seems reasonable. I will continue to purchase.

Trying to figure out if these are vegetarian or not. The ingredients look to be so, but in the “contains” section is mentions fish. Currently unsure how to proceed here. Everything is written in thai

I love being able to add a cube to create a quick Tom Yum soup with shrimp and other vegetables. I was skeptical at first, wondering if the flavor would be "true," and was pleased at the result.

I used one cube with 16 oz chicken stock, 24 oz water, 1 can light coconut milk, juice of 1 lime, 8 oz each jumbo shrimp and chicken thigh meat, a few kaffir lime leaves and thai chilis that I had in the freezer and half an onion cut into slivers. Seasoned with a little white pepper, 1 tsp sugar and a few Tbsp sambal chili paste. Added fresh cilantro before serving. DELICIOUS thai soup that took just minutes to throw together.Good flavor in the cube, good substitute for lemongrass and galangal (but you still need lime juice IMO) Great to have on hand, I will find other uses for them including a marinade.

You get 3 cubes—not three boxes of cubes. Very deceiving photograph and expensive for so little. Learn from me!
