The Best there is
Previously purchased a cast iron gill pan w/lid and just hated it, hard to clean, food stuck horribly etc. Bought this Woll grill pan with matching lid and could not be happier. Food does NOT stick at all, very even heating, large capacity, fast clean up. Lately I'm into grilled chicken and spinach salads and I love how easy and fast it is to create healthy meals. Perfect for ppl who don't have access to an outdoor bbq grill or if it's raining. Made in Germany so it's high quality.

$179 and not induction compatible despite claiming to be. Ridiculous. They should be kicked offf Amazon.

Great pan
Use it on a gas range and it is flat and seems to welcome high heat. Beautiful with food cooking in it.
