Perfect size for ground and air travel
I used it to travel to Miami Florida with my weekly supply of Mounjaro. I was able to store a complete original package of four injections for my four-week vacation… not exceeding 46 degrees F while at hotels and then maintaining at temperature of between 69 and 71 degrees F travelingI purchased, from Amazon, an ACU RITE thermometer Model 00333 to monitor the temperature in this "Travel Case" while traveling...its accuracy provided me me the assurance that my Mounjaro was safe to use.I also purchased 4 additional YOUSHARES Ice Packs for the Travel Case...using "8" ice packs insured proper temperature control

Keeps Your Insulin Cool for Hours
Kept insulin cool with included ice packs but no instructions if insulin can touch ice packs or where items should be placed. Did not hold a lot (so can’t put all the required items inside-need another item to carry alcohol pads, needles etc). This lack of storage offset by fact insulin is kept cool for hours

Great product
We needed to take some medication on a trip with us. First on an airplane, then on a boat. The ice packed stayed cold for a very long time. This little bag worked out great!
