Mishimoto MMICP-F2D-11KBK Intercooler Pipe Kit Compatible With Ford 6.7 Powerstroke 2011-2018 Black

The TB Quick Disconnect piece for the TB looks like it was used (vehicle grime in the crevices; and there were sizable dents on the piece like it was dropped). Also, looked like there was some oil stains on the hot side, QD side. Doesn't look like those dents will hurt the performance of the item, but still. It was all packaged up as new, but no way. Just like any other aftermarket kit, there is some adjustments you gotta make. The power steering clamp, pictured in the second pic, had to get shifted and the way you tighten the cold side pipe allows a little room between the aluminum pipe and the coolant fitting for the turbo intercooler. The hot side wasn't so bad, but it's a little bit of a trick to get the band into the tight space. Also, the smallest band doesn't fit the hot side, so I had to use the stock clampfor the initial boot. The second band was too big, but just fits. I had to cut both band bolts to get it to fit and clear the fuel filter housing. The kit also didn't come with air duct gaskets like the website claims. It works and it seems to improved responsiveness, but it shouldn't be that much work for drop in...
