what size should I buy for extra small?

my 16 year old granddaughter wears small and extra small. She is about 5'7" and weighs around 110 pounds. My first purchase was a size 4, which she wore OK. The last 2 years for Christmas she has asked for a size 2. The fit and look is good. She prefers the high 28" full length and wears them year round as she lives in a mountainous region that stays on the cool side temp wise year round. She loves them and wears them all the time. hard to say as some children are tall. But a size 0 and size 2 is rather small in terms of waist size

Are these a knock off? There are no Lululemon insignia on the pants only a cardboard tag attached that says Lululemon

The ones I got are not knock offs and they have the insignia, Not sure why yours would not
