Very long . Good thickness in foamBut slips when doing intense exercises

I bought this mat based on the overall high scores.I am not sure how anyone can use it : since I received it the mat emitted an overpowering and horrible smell of plastic.I thought to let it air for a few days and let the smell dissipate : this made no difference.I could never lie down (especially face down) on something so toxic.Very disappointing.

Thickness of the main mat it's a lot thinner than advertised

After using a cheaper exercise mat at the start of lockdown, I decided to upgrade to a better one. This mat did not disappoint. I was looking for something with a bit of bounce, since my knees were getting a pounding from performing lunges on a thin exercise mat. It hasn’t shredded (like cheaper mats do) and It also provides enough traction for yoga poses. I have a wooden floor and this mat stays put through all my exercises. All in all, a good all round mat.

This was the first exercise mat the I have purchased or used. However, I have been using this mat for a month now and have no complaints. It seems to be standing up to rigorous daily us and generally returns to its original conditions over 24-hours. It is showing a little wear, but this may be normal for an exercise mat.

I have been using this mat for a month now. It's very durable and has good thickness suitable for my workout and Yoga. I noticed it's not slippery as much as I was expecting and has no much bad smell after use. On the other hand, it catches every single dust if left for long without use 😅, and got some curves and clefts with a moderate use.

not sure if it's really high density, there's not really a standardized rating system for yoga mat foam density so can't tell. but either way i used this on concrete and while it was soft on my knees, my feet would sink into it, practically making any complicated balancing pose impossible because of the instability it caused under my feet. also, a free offer of workout bands for a 5 star review was included in the package, so take the other 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. i'm returning it but still giving it 3 stars, it might be good for beginners but once you start getting into the intermediate and advanced poses it's useless, i'm just finally going to bite the bullet and pay for a manduka pro with a lifetime warranty.

Very happy with my new mat. Exactly as advertised and arrived quickly.
