Easy to use and durable.I bought training tubes and it is a good product for working out at home. You need to position the tubes correctly though to get the max out of the muscle you wish to train. Aubstitur for weight but not 100 replacement for weights. Weights serve their own purpose. But this is good for entire family you can adjust tubes for kore resistance. Me, My kid, my wife, we all can use it for different exercises. It comes with door lock which really helps in different excercises which can be done at home and you need not get any gym equipment to train.. For eg. Triceps pulley or overhead biceps pulley. 😊

I order the product and it got delivered in 2 days ans the packing was good. All the mentioned material was there inside and i liked it... Tu tube was a little bend but it is alright no issue....

Quality is average, however it is sufficient to start atleast from this workout if haven't started any exercises yet. Something is always better than nothing. If you use it in all the possible postures will definitely give some results.

I got this for Rs. 650I feel the price for this should be a maximum of Rs.500But I am overall satisfied with the packaging and product quality.It also comes with various attachments for different workouts.Overall a 5 star product.
