I am very satisfied with this black garlic. It was my first time using it but the flavor is awesome. You get quite a bit in that jar and that was surprising! :-)

I am eating them like candy LOL these are so good and I am glad I tried them. Researched black garlic, had been eating two cloves of regular , I will still do that but I love this so much I am thinking of getting my own fermenter. yummy!

These seem to be an OK product, but don't know the best way to use them. They have the consistency of gummy bears (soft, gooey, hold their shape), but the flavor, to some extent, of garlic cloves. We've tried to dice them or mince them (since they don't "melt down") and they don't do well as an addition to a recipe. I suppose the best thing to do is chew them & eat them. Hope I am able to use them up.

What the heck? If I went by this brand alone, I would think I don't like black garlic. This brand is small, hard, chewy pieces. I saw another brand at Walmart and they looked like big cloves. What a difference! Soft, creamy, amazing. Don't bother with this brand unless you like the Jujubee of black garlic.

I thought it was already in the Bulbs in black garlic. These are just closed. I didn’t know there was such a thing. I couldn’t find the one I ordered before so I opened up the camp before I realized I didn’t want so I have a second tim I will be returning that is unopened.

Love that this is packed in cloves, not by bulb. Easy to peel. Great taste, but costs 40% more.
