Poor design and construction
Looks good but that’s as far as it goes, the burning tray is a very poor fit in the firebox which means that hot ash falling over the edge will set fire to the logs in the storage area below. The paint finish is poor, the screws holding the sections together are too small for the holes and need washers to ensure a good joint.

No cover
We bought this thinking it came with a cover, but my mistake, I didn’t read the sold separately part. So I went in to buy the cover and it states that they don’t know if or when this will be back in stock. It’s a rather expensive piece of outdoor equipment so we would love to be able to get hold of a cover to protect it. Is there anywhere we could get one from or is their an alternative being made, seeings as it is being advertised that you can get a cover for it.

Terrible Product - Low Quality - Avoid
What a terrible product, I used this once and the paint blistered, discoloured and the steel warped! If you are looking for a fire burned that doesn't fault under heat then don't buy this product!

Cool but.
Easy to assemble and looks good but no fire grate supplied and easy for embers to fall out.

Poor quality
Could not complain to the supplier only return the item and as it was extremely fiddly to assemble and very heavy in a very large box, I did not fancy taking it back to a collection point to return. The black heat resistant metal on the bottom section was blistered and rusted over a size of a mobile phone (see picture). The screws for assembly were fiddly to get in the correct place and the screw heads were not large enough for the holes as a couple went through the holes when tightening, meaning I had to take it back apart, get a washer and then re-assemble. I got this for a reduced price on prime day, but wish I'd bought a different product

Tin very thin not worth the money

After the first time of using the paint stripped off most of it and had to buy some black resistant paint so I wouldn't recommend buying this.
