You have to install on your filter not the tank
Works great to clear up your water. It won’t hurt your fish unless they are exposed directly to the uv light. It goes in the filter not the aquarium.

Simple easy operation
Simple and easy setup. Output seems to be doing its intended job of keeping the aquarium clean. I'm tempted to use the light to see if it can work with cold plunge as well. Functions are one button setup for timer duration as well as on/off.

It doesn't have a flow intake or output
I bought this in good faith and understanding that it was a UV Sterilizer for my 65 gallon aquarium.My old one went through too many bulbs and was a couple of years old, so it was time for an upgrade.So... I ordered this unit. I put it in the tank and noticed that it had no intake or outake system for the water to go through.So, I read the directions, and I didn't understand most of them because the language wasn't really the best English. They Tried, I have to give props for that. But the steps just weren't clear.Set the timer for it to come on for 3 hours a day. That is the, "Lowest" setting available on the unit. I set it to come on during the early morning.When I woke up the next morning at least 7 fish were dead!!!I've had all of these fish for 3+years! They are all hearty and healthy fish.One of them that I lost has been around longer than any of the others. I got him from a friend and in his tank he lived for at least 4 years. This guy is known as a, "Golden Plecostimous. In other words, "A Sucker Fish."PLECOS IN GENERAL ARE HARD TO KILL!He was healthy and happy that night. In the morning he was dead... among the rest. There were: 2 Zebra Danios, 2 Large Danios. 1 Cherry Barb, 1 Guppy and the 12 inch Plecostimous.That's 7 fish! I was mortified. PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS!Thank You

Not recommended.
Killed my fish, did not fit well in my filter area. The instruction are horrible on how this thing works, and It is not a consumer friendly product. I did as much research as possible before installing and wish I never bought it.

Worked for three mouth then this year timer went. Bad of some thing #Warranty is a joke
I got this for my baked tank it cleared up the troubles at work for three months the nurse your timer went out after two days so I guess it’s done
