I use this for sound baths and clients love how easily it takes them to the ocean in their imaginations. I use it to lead relaxed breathing and it truly feels like you’re synching your breath with the ocean. It’s mesmerizing both listening and using this drum. Quite loud but slow steady rocking motions keeps it pleasant.
