PreBiotics for Dogs and Cats - Water Additive for Digestive Support - 16oz

I haven't been using this for very long, but so far it seems to be helping my cat. She's older and has had terrible breath, as well as seemingly having some aches. I was a little worried that she wouldn't like that it's minty, since she is very fussy, but she doesn't seem bothered by it at all. Her breath has improved some and she seems to have come out of a little slump, during which she didn't move around a whole lot or jump up on the bed. She is more active now and has no trouble get up onto the bed or jumping down. Her appetite is quite a bit better too.

This definitely smells fresh and minty, but I don't see it helping my dogs' digestion.

A lot of people don't realize just how much good balance matters when it comes to a pet. 1/27/2017It's been 7 days now and while my cat pooping habits haven't changed his breath has. It's gone from rank and like death to stinky kitty food breath. So I'm ecstatic. I'm hoping that with continued use it will help his digestive issues. So there are no complaints from me. I still can't add that last star just yet. However I'll keep updating this till the bottle is finished. And if it does everything it says it does...and I'm pretty hopeful it will. Then I will add that last star. As of right now I feel very confident recommending this product.1/21/2017I just got this today. So while I am reviewing it. This is only the preliminary review. As I cannot comment on its efficacy as of yet.Any who the bottle has some great information on it. They also emailed me through here with a lot of useful information. I love that the bottle is sealed and that the product is quite simple to use. I was a little deterred when I opened the bottle. It does in fact smell like mouthwash. That worried me. Especially since I have an intolerably picky cat. However I'm not one to give in to my assumptions with out actual proof. Plus after reading that it has essential oils in it that do have the "mouthwashy" smell, I felt more at ease. I followed the directions and made a bowl. It was still a little blue. That also made me think Mac, my cat, would be discouraged. However when I put it in his red bowl, because he refuses to drink from anything else, you couldn't tell it was blue. Also the smell almost completely dissipated once mixed with the appropriate amount of water. So I was happy about that.At first he didn't seem to want any. Which isn't odd, because he likes to do things on his terms. Not mine. Ha ha. So I waited a few minutes and sure enough he walked over and drank some water. He didn't even test it with his paw, or make a funny face. Both of which he does with anything new. So I was pleasantly surprised. Now to wait and see if it actually helps him. I really hope it does because having a picky, stubborn cat that has chronic constipation issues really sucks. It breaks my heart when he's uncomfortable. So #FingersCrossed and I'll be back in a week to update.**The pissed off look on his face is normal and does not reflect his emotional translation of the taste of his water. The fact that he IS drinking it shows the smell and taste are both tolerable. If it in anyway tasted or smelled off he would NOT drink it and would loudly protest.

Terrible product. I put a single capful in a large bowl of water and none of my cats or dog would touch it. I put a regular bowl of water beside it and that was drained in a heartbeat. So I suppose if it was the only water available, pets would eventually drink it, but they would be unhappy and cats might become dehydrated before they finally drank some of it. I wish I had realized it included peppermint and spearmint, as the strong odor of those herbs will turn off a lot of pets.

This product might work, but our cat would not go near it after trying it a couple of times. She turned to drinking condensed water off our windows in the morning, off the bathtub, etc. instead. I smelled it and I wouldn't drink it either.

Got this stuff yesterday and put in the dogs water dish. They drank it up, and we actually went an entire morning thus far fart free. Not sure if it works that fast, but my nose appreciates it. Dog farts are the worst, and a Belgian Malinous with a sensitive stomach creates the smells of death in hell. So ancient death that offends the nose and the soul. Seriously this is a miracle product that I will use for as long as we both shall live. Now lets see if it stays working, one morning was worth the price, but if it last through the day, and possibly through continued use, I will be a marketing guru for this product. Once again, thank you. Oh and thank you. My nose thanks you. My pregnant wife thanks you. Our other dog thanks you. My house thanks you. The neighbors thank you. Our guest thank you. Seriously this could give him rabies and turn him into a wild feral creature ready to feast on the blood of virgin souls and I would still use it for one morning that is fart free.

Love it! Love it! Love it! It transformed the wretched stank breath of both my dogs. I no longer gag when they breathe on me & my older one seems to have more energy now.
