Dr Seuss birthday party supplies , thing 1 and thing 2 party decorations set with a happy birthday banner, cake topper, balloon for cat in the hat party decorations

This was great for my son's birthday party. There was one balloon that had a hole in it so I couldn't use it. The pack also came with things from the other Dr Seuss books, not just cat in the hat so that's worth noting.
