Flimsy
I had a feeling these were going to be a bit on the flimsy side but seeing as they were only going to be thrown away after I didn't mind paying the few quid that they cost. If you need something that's going to stand up to general abuse then these aren't the clamps you're looking for. (I've got Star Wars on in the back ground whilst writing these reviews) I suppose, in a pinch, these will get you by but don't rely on them.

Get what you pay for
Stiff threads, can't spin to adjust, one of the Tommy bars un capped and fell off, will have to cap it, swivel shoes not great, clamps a bit thin, but cheap and serviceable, good to make up the numbers for occasional laminating needs.

Nice lightweight clamps
Review questions rating for thickness and sheerness - I’m not sure sure how these features apply. These are just as advertised - don’t use them for power-clamping large objects, they’re not designed for that, I have larger robust clamps specifically for that sort of job. But they are delicate and ideal for smaller delicate work; they have the excellent progressive clamping and quick-release design of their bigger, more robust cousins.

Surprisingly good
Didn’t expect much from an amtech tool but I didn’t need anything more than a cheapo clamp, but I’m really pleasantly surprised to find that it’s actually really quite good.

Surprisingly stylish fix
Great little fix for an outdoor table whose mechanism was warped and the bolts corroded. Table inherited in a rented property and previous tenants hadn’t taken care of it. The folding mechanism was totally shot and the bolt casings stuck with no means of getting them out. These clamps give a stylish industrial “fix” that was a fraction of the price of a new table. We think it really works!

The 2in. G clamps can be closed completely, leaving no gap and are of robust construction.
There was no significant looseness or play in the screw of the clamp and the end that goes on the screw was securely fixed. The short bar for turning the screw was well fixed so that the bar would not fall out and become lost. The G clamps are for retaining sheets of corrugated iron together so that a metal clamp piece can be used to keep the sheets of corrugated iron permanently in place. More than one G clamps is often needed for fixing the corrugated iron sheets.
