Went on a trip to Germany 30 years ago, stayed at a hotel with grohe fixtures. Only thing I have used since.

Exceptional quality. Have used these in other houses Ive owned and have been very satisfied with the look and feel. Only reason did not give 5 stars is that I had to purchase the needed base plate separately. For a faucet at this price point, plate should be included at no extra charge.

This faucet is smaller for small baths and sinks. The heft and finish of it is GORGEOUS. Solid metal and feels durable. I can’t wait to install it in our powder room. The shape and design are timeless and I’m certain it will outlast me. Made in Thailand. Drain included. Starlight finish is high gloss chrome. Lead and nickel free waterways.

It doesn't come with the plate that covers predrilled sink holes. I called Grohe's customer service and they couldn't find a plate I could purchase to cover them. They suggested to install a soap dispenser but it's too close to the faucet. Lowes or HD didn't carry the plate. Make sure to check your sink if it has a single or 3 predrilled holes. The faucet itself is very well built and very good quality product but not providing this small plate makes it undesirable for my use.

I have this faucet in my guest powder room. They are easy to keep clean and look beautiful. I bought another set recently because I'm renovating my own bathroom. The latest set is updated in keeping with the new square styles. The price point for these faucets is very attractive. A similar set of another brand three times the price of the Bauloop.

Installed in our powder room. Only objection is that using the lever will leave water drops below on the spout. Most taps are made this way, unfortunately.

We purchased 2 Grohe faucets to replace 2 18 year old versions (one faucet was leaking from under the internal cartridge; the hot water supply hose developed cracks in the other faucet). Note: the water supply hoses are attached to the faucet; they are not separate but part of the faucet assembly (dumb design!). The other disappointing thing was the sink plug lever - it is so small and flimsy, and very hard to attach and use. The Grohe quality is definitely going downhill. Out of the 2 we purchased, we had to return one due to one of the supply hoses not being attached properly. It leaked horribly.

Grohe is always an excellent choice.
