Lego with a purpose!
My 5 yr old grandson loved making this little kit and particularly enjoyed adding his own design with the dots! The fact that this also has the purpose of being a useful pencil pot added to its versatility.

A fun way to hold pens & pencils!
Although I think this is a bit on the expensive side for what it is, this is a fun way to store pens & pencils on a desk! Essentially it's a board of Lego with some small pieces, attached to a pen holder.It's fun to assemble the various pieces and it does give children a sense of accomplishment once they're stuck on the Lego and started using it!Overall fun, a nice idea.

Excellent Customisable Lego Pencil Holder
This is an excellent set, lots of options & very good fun build. It’s suitable for boys and girls of all ages. I highly recommend it and it is easy to customise using parts from other sets (see images).

Great Lego dots set for boys and girls
I bought this as a present for a 8 year old and the recipient was very pleased. You can make the pencil holder and change it again and again. This is one of the more unisex Lego dot sets and I would definitely recommend
