It leaks and missing a screw
I tried to contact them to ask if they can help me, but I didn't find any means of communication.One screw is missing and unfortunately, it is leaking. Not sure if it is because of the missing screw or the design.

This pot filler has a long reach, operates smoothly, and has a beautiful matte black finish. The pressure is impressive. Installation was simple. Packaging was moulded soft foam and included everything we needed (other than basic tools). It is a one temperature faucet, but you can install either hot or cold. I installed cold, and it's being used over a 36" cooktop. It reaches everywhere it needs to go, handily.I'm glad I took a chance on this brand. I'm impressed and would buy from them again with confidence.

Arrived with connector brassware missing. Amazon don't have spare parts in the UK
Dont buy. USA plumbing and UK plumbing use different thread type and you will need to buy an adaptor. Paint also chips off very easily so if you do buy one be extremely careful when fitting
